A Year in Review

Happy New Year!

2018 was a year of fulfilled goals and exciting new additions, as well as a ton of new faces and projects.

We hired a new face!

Samantha is our new administrative assistant, and has already been a HUGE asset in making sure everyone gets a timely response even when I'm out on a shoot or shut away in a corner editing! Here's a quick intro from her:

“Hi all! My name is Samantha Isaac, I'm a married mama of two beautiful kids. I have been obsessed with Arielle Lewis Studios from the beginning so when an opportunity arose for me to come aboard as an Administrative Assistant, I was all over it. I'm looking forward to all the great things we'll create this year!”

A Look Back

Here is a look at some of our favorite moments and sessions in 2018!

Couture Fashion Week
NYC 2018

For the second year in a row, we traveled to NYC to shoot for Sheri Autry Couture, a wonderful (and sweet) bridal and evening gown designer based near Baltimore, MD. Hair and makeup by @ellaorso and the Ella Beauty Team.

People + Connection

I have such a passion for portrait photography. I truly feel it is an intimate look into someone and I always try to capture their unique personality and essence. This all happens through the relationships that form between me and the subject and I cherish every single one of those relationships. We had some sweet engagements, weddings, graduations and celebrations of life in our portrait sessions this year and I'm looking forward to so many more in 2019!

Caffeine + Creativity

Personal creative work is my way of keeping photography not only as my profession but also a creative outlet. I adore fashion photography and conceptual, striking imagery. One goal for 2019 is to share deep dives into these projects with you all, including behind-the-scenes, how-to's, editing processes, and more.
